Less than a kilometre away from Dhole’s Den is our organic farm from where we source most of the fruits and vegetables for our kitchen. We invite you to be a farmer for a day and experience the rustic way of life. From savouring the fresh greenery and aromatic soil to planting saplings, tending to the vegetable patch, plucking fruits or watering plants. You can also make yourself a healthy salad from the garden-fresh vegetables in the finest traditions of the ‘Pluck, Cook and Eat’ concept. And that’s not all, you can also get up close and personal with our resident bovine family consisting of rescued cows, bullocks and even an endearing calf.
Dhole’s Den is a boutique, eco-friendly and luxurious safari homestay located close to Bandipur national park. Dhole’s Den Bandipur is the residence of Karthik Davey and his family who are ardent dog lovers and share a passion for the outdoors.
For the love of a dog….
“His master is to him as a slave; at night he is the nearest to his cradle, and if the dog is naked he covers him with his cloak”
Florence Amhert, quoting the “Diwan of Abu Nuwas”
